I believe education isn’t just about teaching—it’s about transforming lives. With over 10 + years of experience, I have worn many hats: teacher, trainer, mentor, curriculum developer, speaker, and entrepreneur. But at my core, I’m someone who believes in the power of learning to create change. I’ve taught at The City School, Chand Bagh and worked as Research Associate and teacher with The Discovery Centre- a project of The Beacon House School System. As Director Academics at Unique International Educational Services (UIES), I oversee 500+ schools, 2 institutions, and a college, ensuring that quality education reaches thousands of students. But my work goes beyond administration—I mentor, train, and innovate, always looking for ways to improve teaching methodologies, curriculum design, and leadership in education.💡 A Global Voice in Education I’ve been honored to speak at international conferences, sharing insights on STEM, SDGs, AI in education, design thinking, and teacher training. I’ve collaborated with some of the world’s top institutions and leaders, including Jeffrey Sachs (Columbia University), Emma Leckie (Re-Imagine 17), Sam Loni & Amanda Abrom (Global Schools Program), and Dr. Eban Goodstein (Solve Climate by 2030). Scientix Ambassador and Founder of Cafe Learning, a global educator community. 🌱 Advocating for Girls’ Education & Sustainability In Pakistan, girls often drop out of school due to cultural, economic, and distance barriers. I founded Cafe Learning, a global educator community, to create a collaborative space where teachers can share strategies and solutions, I provide corporate trainings and I also run two startups—one in Canada and one in Pakistan—focused on tackling food security and improving access to education. Because real change happens when we innovate, collaborate, and take action.🎓 Expert in Teacher Training & Curriculum Development As a Cambridge-certified trainer (CELTA, DELTA, TKT, EMI, Train the Trainer), I specialize in ESL, IELTS, Bloom’s Taxonomy, PBL, differentiated instruction, and design thinking. I’ve trained teachers worldwide and developed SDG-integrated curriculums for institutions like the Global Schools Program (UN SDSN).📚 Published Researcher & Thought Leader My research on cooperative learning and critical thinking is currently being published, and my book, The Effect of Collaborative Learning on Critical Thinking, delves into how we can improve education globally.
